A 6 SESSION one to one coaching PROGRAM DESIGNED TO:
help you create a shift/transformation in an area of your life and build new foundations for a new chapter
identify and let go of the habits and patterns which no longer serve you
learn new tools and patterns that will serve you and help you achieve happiness and fulfilment in and outside work and help you prioritise what you really want out of life
We will work together in the first session to identify your intention for the program and any barriers to your success. I will then design a bespoke program to support you achieve your intention
You bring the challenge and I’ll provide my time, expertise and tools to help you address your challenges and shine
I will hold you to account for taking action throughout the program

Listening Circles
Listening circles are groups of employees, such as a mix of senior leaders and members from the Race Equity Network or all members of the Race Equity Network, or all senior leadership brought together to discuss a specific topic. I facilitate the groups,either virtual or in person with break out rooms (virtual) or tables (in person).
It’s a safe space to have courageous conversations, the conversations we find hard to have within our organisations. We unpack why it is hard, why it’s important to have these conversations and then we do it and watch the magic unfold!

Inclusive leadership – what does it really mean and what are we really doing about it?
Bespoke Dig Deep & Review Corporate Programs
A bespoke training program to:
Incorporate your organisations training needs;
Dig deep, discover and review through focus groups (i) what’s working well within the Firm/Organisation for its Black and Ethnic Minority members (“Diverse Group”); (ii) what’s stopping things work well for its Diverse Group; and (iii) propose new training ideas to specifically address those findings (“Dig Deep & Review”);
Create a safe space to identify and unblock fears, myths, unhelpful stories, other barriers around race and inclusion (“Unblock”);
Clear main blocks, then facilitate and coach groups to unlock new voices, new ideas, new solutions from within the Firm/Organisation for the Firm/Organisation (“Unlock”); and
Create immediate takeaway actions and future actions to continue the courageous conversations needed for the desired inclusive culture (“Actions”).
Speaking
Sadia is an empowering Speaker who uses stories of her lived experience, client case studies and powerful questions to engage, empower and enlighten the audience. Sadia regularly moderates and speaks on panels on topics relating to Inclusion and particularly enjoys moderating and facilitating How to Talk About Race within organisations.
